They can assist you with cost estimates, technical questions and order placement. Once you have placed an order, a time will be scheduled where one of our design engineers will come to your home to take measurements (or templates) of your window wells. Once the product has been manufactured to the "custom fit" specifications, we will return to your home and install each cover and any applicable accessories.
